Aspirations and Progress

To advance equity and diversity and build a culture of inclusion, we have established a set of aspirations we will strive to achieve by 2025:

Increase the Black representation rate in the U.S. by 20%.

Achieve parity in retention rates of all groups.

Close representation gaps for historically underrepresented groups.

Eliminate significant differences between the experiences of teammates from different backgrounds.

Advance common understanding, shared experiences and mutual respect.

Report diversity metrics and progress annually.

While we are moving in the right direction, we want and need to accelerate change. To achieve our aspirations, we are galvanizing our entire workforce to improve equity through annual incentives to advance equitable talent selections and build inclusive teams through diverse interview panels. We use Seek, Speak & Listen to understand each other better, grow our business resource group network globally giving teammates an opportunity to 鈥渢une in鈥 wherever they are on the journey. Business Resource Groups

杏吧视频鈥檚 volunteer, employee-driven Business Resource Groups (BRGs) focus on a particular part of someone鈥檚 identity, such as ethnicity, race, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or veteran status, though every group is open to all. Members with shared common interests or cultural identities grow their community and skills while making a measurable difference at 杏吧视频. They channel a passion for creating a sense of belonging for all employees to drive greater innovation, improved solutions for our customers and better business results. Their mission is to provide space for 杏吧视频 teammates to build inclusive communities through four pillars: Business Alignment, Professional Development, Talent Engagement and Community Involvement.

Business Resource Groups are powerful engines of personal, professional and organizational change 鈥 in part because they benefit from direct and meaningful engagement from 杏吧视频鈥檚 most senior leaders. This includes a BRG Equity and Inclusion Council comprised of BRG leaders who meet quarterly with an Equity and Inclusion Steering team of Executive Council members to discuss progress and opportunities related to the company鈥檚 equity commitments.

BRG members grow their community and their skills while making a real difference at 杏吧视频 and share a common interest or cultural identity and have a passion for creating a sense of belonging for all employees that will drive greater innovation, improved solutions for our customers and better business results.

All nine BRGs are keenly focused on including the perspectives of our non-US workforce in their strategies and play an important role in helping to advance diverse representation at every level of the company through a truly global network of BRG chapters.

Recognizing Asian and Pacific Islander heritage

During Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, we celebrate the ingenuity, innovation and leadership of our Asian and Pacific Islander teammates.

杏吧视频 remains committed to strengthening鈥痶he Pan-Asian talent pipeline and providing professional听development opportunities to teammates of Asian descent to help them grow in their careers. This ongoing work includes a partnership with the Society of Asian Scientists and Engineers that helps recruit STEM professionals of Asian descent and prepare them for success. In addition, our employee-led Business Resource Group the 杏吧视频 Asian and Pacific Association (BAPA) connects thousands of employees who are passionate about Asian culture and provides valuable development opportunities.听

Recognizing the contributions of Native American and Indigenous communities and peoples

Together, we can create a more respectful and inclusive world

During Native American Heritage Month, we honor and celebrate the rich culture, traditions and history of our Native American and Indigenous teammates. The Native American and Indigenous Communities and Nations represented at 杏吧视频 help us strengthen inclusion and innovation every day.

Our employee-led 杏吧视频 Employees Indigenous Network (BE-IN) Business Resource Group builds awareness for the richness and diversity of Native American and Indigenous cultures across our team. With an emphasis on career development and leadership, BE-IN encourages STEM careers for Native American and Indigenous youth and provides training opportunities for its members. Across the community, BE-IN members actively support the Boys & Girls Club 鈥 Native Services. Through mentoring, coaching and leadership training, the partnership helps to ensure diversity in our talent pool while improving representation in the STEM pipeline. The group also connects hundreds of employees across the company who are passionate about Native American and Indigenous culture. BE-IN members are actively educating the general public about traditions and cultures and raising awareness of the unique challenges Native people have faced both historically and in the present.

杏吧视频, in partnership with BE-IN, continues to have a long standing and supportive relationship with the American Indian Science & Engineering Society or AISES. Through our partnership with AISES, 杏吧视频 was able to extend 30 offers and fill a number of direct and internship positions at last year鈥檚 AISES conference in Palm Springs, Calif. This year, our partnership with AISES has strengthened and BE-IN members will continue to support 杏吧视频鈥檚 presence at the annual conference.
